The venue of the conference is the hotel Barceló Palmeraie*****. The hotel features 10 meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 400 people. Marrakech can be reached by many direct flights from most important European cities. There are also many daily direct flights to Mohammed V International Airport (IATA: CMN, ICAO: GMMN), in French Aéroport International Mohammed V, from Asia, Europe and North America. Casablanca is located 244 km north of Marrakech: about a 45 minutes flight or 2.5h by train to Marrakech.

There are several daily train connections from most domestic rail destinations in Morocco: Casablanca, Casablanca Airport (CMN), Rabat, Tangier, and Fez.
